LineCrush ChatGPT plugin privacy notice

This notice describes this research-only plugin. The LineCrush Privacy Policy provides additional information about LineCrush. The plugin-specific eligibility exception applies to this plugin, including where the main policy describes a different audience.

Information processed

The plugin accepts sports lookup fields: sport, date, timezone, team or participant name, player search text and player ID. It does not request your LineCrush account, email, payment information, uploads or billing records. Do not include sensitive personal information in a sports lookup.

ChatGPT determines which tool inputs and context it shares. LineCrush's tool handlers use only their defined sports lookup fields; they do not require your full conversation or ChatGPT memories.

Purpose and recipients

We process lookup fields to retrieve existing LineCrush research and return it to ChatGPT. The fields are sent to LineCrush's existing data services and processed on our hosting infrastructure. OpenAI receives the returned research and handles your ChatGPT conversations under its own policies. This integration does not start new model-generation requests, serve advertisements or sell lookup inputs.

Retention

The plugin does not save prompt text, lookup parameters, account identifiers or research responses to its application logs or a user-history database. Its bounded in-memory research cache expires within one minute. Connection IP addresses, normally the OpenAI server's address, are used for in-memory rate limiting and removed within two minutes.

Operational logs record tool names, execution times and success or failure without lookup arguments or results. The proxy disables access logging for plugin requests. Proxy error logs can contain network connection metadata; the host rotates them daily and retains fourteen archives. Requests to existing LineCrush data services and visits to linked website pages are also subject to the main LineCrush Privacy Policy.

Your controls

You can disconnect LineCrush in ChatGPT's plugin settings to stop future tool use. Manage or delete ChatGPT conversations through ChatGPT.
